Why is a debit/credit card requested when I book?
Your bank details are required to confirm your online reservations unless special conditions are stated at the time of booking. This guarantees the reservation. The amount indicated will be charged by the hotel, on site, during your stay. Some reservations may require prepayment (see conditions of the reserved rate), which is performed by the hotel directly for all or part of your stay. Our completely secure reservation system means you can provide your details in complete confidence.
If you do not wish to provide your bank details online to guarantee your reservation, Anjum Hotel Makkah allow you to do so via our reservation office on +966 12 5100000.
You must arrive at the hotel with the credit/debit card that guaranteed the booking or was used for prepayment.
What payment methods are accepted by the hotel ?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Am I charged directly when I provide my credit/debit card number or will I pay at the hotel?
Your credit/debit card number is used to guarantee the reservation of your room for the night. You will not be charged and you will pay for your stay at the hotel, except if stated otherwise in the rate description and sales conditions. Some rates that cannot be cancelled or changed are subject to prepayment with immediate charge.
What are the Terms and Conditions of Sale?
Some terms and conditions are specific to the brand and the rate. These conditions can be accessed when you make your reservation and are included on your reservation confirmation.
Can I reserve multiple rooms with one reservation?
Via our websites, individuals can book one (1) to eight (8) rooms per reservation, at the discretion of the chosen hotel.
How do I reserve for a group?

How late can I book for same day check-in?
If you want to make a reservation for the same day, you can do so on our website www.anjumhotel.com or through our reservation team up to 8 PM.
What time will the hotel hold my room until?
For late arrivals, you can guarantee your reservation with a credit/debit card number. This means that the hotel is committed to holding this reservation until 10:00 AM the following day. If you do not arrive at the hotel and if you have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged for the first night.
Checking-out is scheduled at 12:00PM.
What is the reception opening hours at the hotel?
24 hours seven days a week.
My company has negotiated a special rate with Anjum Hotel Makkah. Can I book them online?
It is not possible to connect to the Internet and send the request via email to obtain the discount.
Do you offer discounts to groups in Anjum?
If you require eight or more rooms, your reservations would be considered to be a group booking. Our sales department will be pleased to provide a rate quote and make all other arrangements for your group. They can be reached via e-mail or via our +966 12 5100000, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00AM to 05:00 PM, KSA time.
What services do your hotels offer to the physically disabled?
Complimentary wheelchairs to be used in the hotel and off-premises, also available equipped rooms for guests with special needs.
Do you have any special programs or policies relating to children?
Children 6 years old and under stay free when sharing a guestroom with an adult A maximum of two children per room or suite.
Children 6 and under eat for free off at the restaurant and a 50% discount is provided for children from the age of 7 to 11 years.
