What is Anjum Stars?
AnjumStars is a guest recognition program on a point-based system; members who book directly with Anjum Hotel Makkah through our website, mobile App, front office and reservations department, can benefit from the program. The program incorporates points and include other benefits.
What benefits can I enjoy by joining Anjum Stars?
By joining Anjum Stars, you can enjoy for every 1 SR spent 5 points. Book your next stay through our website, mobile App, front office or reservations departments, and you can start collecting points, that can be redeemed in your next stay. The program incorporates stars and benefits depending on the tiers
When do I start to earn points?
Upon your subscription to the Anjum Stars program, you will earn 2,000 points that can be redeemed upon the activation of the first night stay.
How do I join Anjum Stars?
To join, simply visit the website and click JOIN NOW. Enter your name, email address and create a password to enjoy our benefits. Your account will be active once you receive your membership confirmation email.
Also, you can join the program through the mobile App, front office and reservations departments. Being a repeated guest at Anjum Hotel Makkah, our team will send you an email or SMS with a link for the loyalty program to join Anjum Stars.
How can I earn points?
Earning points by spending money on our hotel’s facilities and services, which consists of rooms and suites reservations, laundry and room services along with the F&B restaurants.
What are the tiers based categories & benefits?
Membership tier is determined by the number of stars members collect within a period of 3 years
Basic membership| Below 20,000 stars
One time 10% discount when dining at any Anjum Hotel’s restaurants or when ordering room service
Blue membership |when collecting 20,000 stars and above
10% discount on dining in all hotel restaurants/room service
Silver membership | When collecting 50,000 stars and above
Complimentary continental breakfast for two
Late check-out (upon request only and subject to availability)
Small fruit basket amenity
10% savings on dining in all hotel restaurants/room service
Gold membership | When collecting 75,000 stars and above

If I book multiple rooms, can I earn points for all rooms?
Yes, you earn points for all rooms and suites made under your name.
What is the validity of the loyalty program?
3 years starting from your first reservation.
If I only spend money in the restaurants, can I join the program?
No, you can’t, activation should cover accommodations as well.
I made a reservation before I joined Anjum Stars, can I still earn points for my upcoming stay?
You earn points the minute you subscribe to Anjum Stars program; all previous spending cannot be translated into Anjum Stars points.
How do I make sure I am recognized as loyal member part of Anjum Stars when I stay at the hotel?
If you were logged into your account when you made the booking, we will have your membership details. If you were not logged in, simply contact the hotel and ask our team to update the reservation with your membership ID.
Will I receive an Anjum Stars membership card?
There will not be a physical card, but each member will receive a unique membership ID.
How do I access my profile?

What if I don’t want to receive marketing emails?
To change the frequency of communications, visit anjumhotels.com, share your email address and click unsubscribe from any email that you receive. Please note that in order to be part of Anjum Stars, you will receive limited emails regarding the program, your membership and transactional updates.
How do I cancel my Anjum Stars membership?
We are sorry you do not want to participate in Anjum Stars. Please email us at info@anjumhotels.com or call us +966 1251 00000 to cancel your membership.
I don’t remember my password. How do I recover it?

What is a qualifying rate?
A qualifying rate is any rate that is fully flexible and publicly available for an Anjum Star member to book directly on anjumhotels.com or with the hotel itself. Negotiated rates or otherwise discounted rates, group rates, rates booked through travel agents or tour operators and rates available on any online third-party website or App do not qualify for Anjum Stars members direct booking privileges.
Do I receive benefits other than points or credit for my stays?
Yes, you will receive benefits in addition to the points, depending on the tiers category you belong to.
What is the minimum age required to join Anjum Stars?
Starting 18 years old.
